Throughout the pandemic, many people may have felt a range of emotions – sadness, anxiety, confusion, fear or anger – all normal and common responses to unexpected or stressful situations.
As pharmacy professionals continue to provide critical services to Ontario’s patients during the pandemic, including COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, they may be experiencing increased levels of stress and anxiety.
These feelings can be compounded by the emergence of new variants of concern, increased COVID-19 case counts and other seasonal pressures.
Pharmacy Connection is sharing three key resources pharmacy professionals can access to support their mental health in their professional and personal life.
