The 2022 annual renewal is now open for registrants. With the exception of students and interns, all pharmacists and pharmacy technicians must complete this year’s annual renewal process by March 10, 2022. Follow these three simple steps to complete this year’s renewal.

Step 1: Prepare for Renewal

Gather together the information required for your annual renewal, including:

  • Credit card or debit card*
  • User ID: Your OCP number
  • Password: If you forgot your password, visit our forgot password page

*Moneris accepts debit payments from RBC, TD, and select credit unions only

Payment by cheque or money order is also accepted.

Step 2: Access the Online Portal

Access the College’s online portal at members.ocpinfo.com. Enter your User ID and password to access your account.

If you experience difficulties accessing the portal, please contact our Applications and Renewals team at 416-962-4861 ext. 3400 or 1-800-220-1921 ext. 3400.

Step 3: Submit Information and Payment

Confirm or update personal and workplace information and respond to the required declarations. Complete your payment online using your credit card or debit card.

If paying by cheque or money order, print and submit your “Confirmation of Information Renewal” along with a cheque or money order to the College. All methods of payment should be made payable to the Ontario College of Pharmacists or OCP.

NEW THIS YEAR

Included in the 2022 annual renewal is a link to a survey containing four provider experience indicators that will help the College use an evidence-based, data-informed approach to understand the overall experience of pharmacy professionals and, ultimately, the impact of that experience on the provision of quality and safe pharmacy services. The survey link will take registrants outside of the annual renewal to an external survey platform, where they can provide their responses. All responses to the survey will be anonymous and cannot be traced to any individual respondent. Pharmacy professionals are strongly encouraged to participate in this survey. For questions related to the provider experience survey, contact policyteam@ocpinfo.com.
