The College is currently recruiting members of the profession as Professional Committee Appointees and members of the public as Lay Committee Appointees to serve on any of the College’s eight (8) statutory committees and four (4) standing committees. A full list of committees can be found on the College’s Committees web page.

Committees support the work of the Board and contribute towards advancing the College’s mandate to serve and protect the public interest by helping to carry out the core functions of the College as set out in legislation and regulation, by-laws, and in alignment with the Board-defined strategic framework and priorities. Learn more about why you might consider applying for a committee in this Message from the Board Chair: Help Contribute to the Future of Pharmacy in the Public Interest.

All committees at the College are comprised of Professional Committee Appointees, who are registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, and Lay Committee Appointees, who are members of the public. Some committees include members of the College’s Board of Directors, where required under provincial statute.
